ADOPTION OF AGENDA
The Agenda was adopted.

ADOPTION OF MINUTES
The minutes of 2005 Executive Committee Meeting held in Yokohama was adopted.

REPORT OF SECRETARY GENERAL
Secretary General reported the number of membership by country. Since the membership is unequally distributed between countries, mostly from Asian regions, President Dr. Santoro has made the following proposal.

ESTABLISHMENT OF AREA CHAPTER
In response to the membership distribution by country, President Santoro made a proposal of establishment of area chapter. This aims to spread the Association outside the Asia through the local activities in each area. This proposal is still arguable in terms of its style of activities, financial support, etc.

REPORT OF TREASURER
Treasurer presented the financial Report for the year 2003, and budget plan for the year 2004. The amount of annual dues paid by members has been decreasing; one of the problems is that the membership renewal form cannot be delivered to the members because the address has been changed without notice to the office. To solve this, e-mail address should be included in the membership database. In addition, the reminder should be sent immediately for the payment of membership dues.

ELECTION OF 8th IGCC
The representatives of Beijing, Seoul, Birmingham, and Krakow made a presentation for inviting the congress in 2009. Of these 4 candidates, Executive Committee Board agreed that Krakow would be suitable for the host city of the congress held in 2009. It is believed that Asian Countries have the next chance of holding the Congress after Krakow

President Dr. E. Santoro gave closing remarks. The meeting adjourned at 13:10.
