From a worldwide perspective, almost 1 Million patients are diagnosed with gastric cancer a year. Research on gastric cancer is developing fast. New insights into tumor biology and progress in health care delivery allow for more precise diagnostics, more efficacious treatment, and better quality of care.

The new dates of the 14^th International Gastric Cancer Congress (IGCC) in Houston have been announced and the overview of the Congress is as follows:

14^th IGCC Houston has been postponed to 2022

We regret to announce that 14^th IGCC Houston scheduled for March 31-April 4 2021 has been postponed to March 2022 due to the current COVID-19 situation. The Local Organizing Committee of 14^th IGCC has been finalizing the details about the Congress. Further information will be announced as soon as the detailed issues are finalized.
